About the Role
As Network and Community Engagement Coordinator, you will lead MANDIRI's community outreach and engagement efforts. You'll build and grow our network of supporters, alumni, and activists — keeping them connected, engaged, and ready to act. From running our contact database and newsletter to designing programs that turn participants into volunteers and campaigners, you'll make sure our movement keeps growing and mobilising toward real change.
This role is central to MANDIRI's impact. Our campaigns and flagship events, such as the Kongres Mahasiswa dan Anak Muda and Pesta Anak Muda, rely on a strong network. By building and managing this network, you will mobilize supporters and expand the reach of our initiatives.
Requirements
Strong organisational skills and genuine discipline with data — you can build a contact system and keep it clean over time.
A talent for community organising and mobilising people toward action.
Solid writing skills for newsletters and member communications.
A creative mindset for designing engagement programs — from relaxed socials to campaign drives.
Comfortable conducting research and drafting effective notes and briefs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
A passion for youth empowerment, activism, and progressive change.
Self-directed and self starter attitude.
Ability to edit graphic and media content is a plus.
