Amir Hadi
Malaysian activist, and co-founder of MANDIRI. With over a decade of experience in activism and advocacy, he co-founded Liga Rakyat Demokratik, served as the Senior Coordinator of SUARAM, and was the first coordinator of Gerakan Hapus Akta Hasutan. A recipient of the prestigious Chevening Scholarship, he holds an MSc in Politics of Asia from SOAS University of London.

Dobby Chew
Co-founder and CEO of Hayat, an organization advocating for the abolition of the death penalty in Malaysia and broader criminal law reform. With over a decade of experience in human rights and activism, Dobby is a former Program Manager at SUARAM and has been actively engaged in international efforts to promote justice and human rights.

Program Coordinator
Wong Kukui
Wong Kueng Hui, a former stateless individual, is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and social justice. As MANDIRI's Project Coordinator, he champions youth democratic participation and inspires progressive ideas among young people. With a focus on building connections with NGOs, activists, and student groups, Wong works to amplify youth voices and drive meaningful change.

Norhamdin Nordin
Norhamdin Nordin is a dedicated student activist and the Program Coordinator at MANDIRI, focusing on empowering student movements. Formerly the President of Suara Mahasiswa UMS, a progressive student movement at Universiti Malaysia Sabah, he champions youth leadership and advocates for student rights.

Mohamad Alshatry
Mohamad Alshatry is a former Senior Coordinator at SUARAM, where he led campaigns against police abuse of power and advocated for the establishment of the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC). A co-founder of MANDIRI, he is currently pursuing an MSc in Government, Policy & Politics at Birkbeck, University of London, as a Chevening Scholar.

Siti Rahayu Baharin
Siti Rahayu Baharin, fondly known as Cikgu Ayu, is an inspiring educator and activist dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through education. As the founder of Buku Jalanan Chow Kit, she has worked tirelessly to provide access to education for underprivileged children and youth, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking. Her efforts go beyond the classroom, as she actively advocates for social justice and equality, making her a beacon of hope and change in the community.

Dina Lee
Dina Lee, a Sabah-born professional, is a specialist in advertising with a passion for using her expertise to create positive social impact. She has extensive experience working with stateless individuals and refugees, focusing on education and leveraging marketing strategies to help marginalized communities break the cycle of poverty. Dina is dedicated to empowering others through innovative and inclusive approaches.

Zaza Atira
Born in Labuan, Zaza Atira is a creative professional with a background in Games Design and Animation from Management and Science University (MSU). As the Digital Presence Coordinator at MANDIRI, Zaza uses her creativity and experience to connect with others and drive positive change. This role involves developing strategies to amplify MANDIRI’s initiatives, engage communities, and inspire action in support of MANDIRI's mission.
